this item is fully functional, once a proper control cable set is found, as I was not given the control cables to this. comes with the original batteries which function but i would reccomend buying a new rechargable set online due to the slight rusting on the connective ends. does connect to the app but i didnt exactly know how to get it to connect to my camera, so now i want to resell it to someone else.
