Vintage US Navy USS Rasher SS 269 (WWII Sub) - Penguin Lighter Japan
WWII era sub that served off and on until 1967 - not sure of the age of the lighter - looks like small piece of enamel is missing from logo on front
Insert had a clogged flint tube I cleared the tube - lighter sparks but no fuel to fully test
Wick could probably use a trimming
