Used once by me. Bought in like new condition from original owner. In excellent condition.
This is Tula-made from a Tula Wovens wrap, so a wrap conversion by the manufacturer. It is a toddler size buckle carrier. Padded straps and leg openings. Pocket with Velcro on waistband. Silvery gray blue., a few stray threads that it came with, please see pics. Purely cosmetic, just want to mention.
Updated 1/29: found the hood! Not sure it it has different reach straps or if it even come with them, but there are custom fabric ones attached currently.
The only thing I am not sure of is the snaps on the top, I can't remember if there is a snap-on hood that is missing. Otherwise, this has just been in my closet. But time for it to see some adventures. I just didn't end up using it due to health issues. Smoke-free, artificial scent free and pet-free home.
