I handmade this costume several years ago when I went to a Batman Party at the Orlando Ice Bar. I am a small/medium in Women's, am 5'3", and my bust is a 36B. This could be a Men's costume too since most pieces are unisex. The shirt was purchased and is a Men's compression shirt size Large. It fits me a bit loosely, but if you want that tight muscle look, it can fit a larger size.
I handmade the cape and it does have a nice satin material in the inside, fully lined with hood. Again, this is a pretty unisex piece from small to large.
The gloves are fingerless paintball gloves that I used silver rub and buff to distress.
The mask is officially licensed and purchased from the Robin Arkham Knight costume. It attaches with velcro.
I did rush on the belt and made the pouches from EVA foam. The belt will adjust. Pouches are on by velcro, but the main symbol did come off. That will need to be repaired.
Made the arm armor with EVA foam. Straps are on with hotglue.
