Brand new items. Some safety sealed some opened to check for damage in shipping. Every item is pristine no damage from shipping from companies. B+B may or may not have seals back when I ordered them from their online store they only sealed half their items so I can’t say for sure what is or is not sealed inside the tubes. I will be adding tape to items to prevent any lids from opening or leaking rubbing alcohol will remove any residue. This is an as is sale I video and photograph all processes of packaging and shipping for safety reasons as well as batch/lot codes.
