It is brand new BUT the box has been open and the case has been unsealed, however the soundtrack is still sealed in the packaging and the downloadable content code has not been redeemed (expires in 2029). Game has never been taken out or played, though the case was unsealed to check for authenticity of the game (apparently counterfeit switch games exist now lol). Book was opened maybe once. Also comes with an instructions manual.
This collectors set is INCREDIBLY hard to find and was printed in VERY limited quantities. It is a must have for any serious video game collector. It will be worth a lot someday just for the box alone. The original version just came with the game and the manual. I just need to clear inventory so it can be yours for a reasonable price.
