This stunning Portia and Scarlett PS23401 dress exudes elegance and glamour. The dress features a hidden zip closure and is available in size 8.
I bought this online for $659 plus 9.75% taxes so I paid about $725 for it. Unfortunately its way too long for my petite torso (I’m 5’ tall) and the website is final sale so I’m trying to get some of my money back. I’m already losing over $450 at this price.
