So I won't go as far as to say non-working. But it has issues.
New laser and ribbon cable installed.
Different results depending on game.
Disc tray is slow to come out.
Halo 3: Read error following first cutscene.
MW2: Read error following opening logo.
WaW, MW3, BO2, GoW1, GoW2, BFBC2, Star Ocean LH, Halo CEA, ODST all loaded and played.
Did not do extensive testing on them, though. Played through some cutscenes and first areas.
Comes with controller (X button is sticky), power supply, HDMI cable, and a copy of Halo 3 to test.
Still good for modding or a digital only console.
