Comes with the tower, treebead, and one minifigure Gandalf, which is still new in bag#13. Original instructions and box are also included. The light element also works great.
The top of the tower is not missing - the pieces are in bags 13, 14, and 15 which are still sealed. Gandalf is in bag 13 where a set of handprint helmet and shield are located too.
I think the tower is completely built at the end bag #12, waiting for the next owner to finish off with bags 13,14,15.
There are dusts on most of the bricks - so do expect some cleaning. The top chamber’s elements do not have stickers.
Selling as-is per pictures. Will ship partially disassembled but with great care. The box will be flattened before shipping.
