LEGO 10273 Creator Expert: Haunted House Retired set with extras

This set comes with two additional miniature figures see photos the set is assembled. I take them apart pre-built I ordered the manual for this it’s still new in the packaging. Everything looks ok with it the elevator doesn’t seem to operate so may be a loose or missing connector or gear piece I don’t inventory the set for every single piece just noticed the elevator issue the other day. Nothing a message to Lego won’t take care of most likely something came loose inside.

Note: there does seem to be part of the gear assembly missing that makes the elevator operate I didn’t look into it too much just noticed a couple pieces missing by the crank assembly so when you get to that point might need to dig out some extra pieces or contact Lego it doesn’t affect the build it’s on the outside in the back.

I take them apart by colors and on these big ones the miniature figures packaged for immediate inventory it’s ready to go
