the phone is in working condition, the back and front glass has never been replaced and all buttons and the charging port works correctly as well. the max battery capacity is at 77% and this phone has been restored to factory defaults and has been removed from my iCloud. when i used this phone i noticed my calls would drop sometimes however, Verizon informed me it was likely a SIM card issue. only selling because I recently upgraded to the 16 pro max. if you have any questions or would like to make an offer feel free to reach out!
