True First Edition hardcover book, "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" published in June 1999 has 4 super cool printing errors.
1. The “Also By” page spells “Sorcerer’s” as “Sorceror's”
2. Page 157 it says “Perry" instead of “Percy”
3. Page 332 says that Voldemort is Salazar Slytherin’s ancestor instead of descendant.
4. The spine of both the book and the dust jacket are missing the number 2 at the top for lining them up on a bookshelf. It was subsequently added in later printings.
This copy is in excellent condition and has been kept in a protective plastic dust jacket for over 20 years.
The only flaw is the date written inside the cover with a silver pen “7-30-00” (see closeup)
