Forme Revive Bra in Sage (Green), Size M. This style/color combo is currently entirely sold out within Forme's website in all sizes. Worn 3 times for about 1 hour each and then washed and air-dried after. Please note, the Forme logo is starting to slightly peel and crack (refer to photo 2 for a close-up), the Forme plastic tag was removed for added comfort (refer to photo 6), and there is a small elastic/stitching issue on the inside mesh near the left armhole (also shown in photo 6).
