This is a nice and complete old school/ mid school Dia-Compe AD-990 brake.. It could definitely use a little bit of cleaning and a good polish but it's in all at all very good shape even the decal is in pretty nice condition. I'm not sure how to decipher the exact year but the markings are in the photos you can click on them twice to zoom in for yourself. I'm guessing early 90s It does come with the old Kool stop pads
