Circa 1985 GTE refund card with period correct mint coins inside!
Go ahead and try to find another one and then come back to buy this one.
GTE started doing this type of refund because people would call the operator on a pay phone and tell them to patch it through because the phone ate their money (early scam).
Operator would reply "I can't patch you through but I can send you a refund for the amount you lost".
Hence "very few" of these survived and I personally have yet to find another.
What a great cross of coins and times gone by.
I have filled it with mint set coins that are period correct.
