Paleo to Archaic dense brown siliciclastic metamorphic grinding stone. Most of the surfaces are well worn and the entire piece is weathered to some degree. Several large indentations facilitate finger/thumb grasp. Found W Central AL Tombigbee/AL River Basin region. ~ 5-1/2" L x 4-1/2" W x 2" max thickness. (1" = 25.4mm ). ~ 909 grams. Condition is as in photos. AS-IS. No returns.
NOTE: All dimensions and weight approximate to the best of my ability. The stone being somewhat irregular, the largest dimensions are given.
