there’s a layer of paint over the original base and its not the best paint job, so im taking off some money due to that! its a bit uneven and overall not the best paint work, some old things are still visible, etc. i bought this base in 2021 and its hinged! it doesn’t have an elastic band on it. im open to offers, i originally bought him for 100 and i believe the shop is now closed.
