1. Question :How to use it ?

Answer :Please use for zigbee2mqtt home assistant ,not support for other zigbee hub ,not support for ZHA !!!

2.Question :How does this product work?

Answer :This is 3 In 1 sensor , PIR+24G Radar +Brightness detection .This is a low-power version that first detects humans movement through infrared detection firstly, and then activates 24G radar for detection. Can detect movement or no movement.

3.Question :What version of product this is ?
Answer :Current product version is another one newest version ,it is no more _TZE200_5b5noeto ( old batch ) nor _TZE200_2aaelwxk ( old batch).
Please understand that ot matter what version is it ,this product's working pattern is same .As long as setting is correct ,sensors can work .If you have any question ,please contact seller firstly.

4.Question :Zigbee2MQTT detected, but I get the error message "Interview failed" ,why ?

Answer : Please ignore this prompt and it will not affect the use of sensor. This bug already fixed .
z2m version 2.4.1.2,Bug Fixes:Fix ' failed to interview the device'.
Actually the sensor can be added successfully and operating normally on Z2M . In the next version of Zigbee 2mqtt 2.4.1.2, the prompt will disappear.

5.Question :What function does it have ?

Answer:Support detect the human movement ,static detection(breathing, micro movement), brightness illuminance value detection ,intelligent linkage and implement more automation scenarios.

6.What is the difference between this product and other products (with only PIR or only 24G radar )functionality?
** Only PIR sensors: it can only detect the movement and actions of people.
**Only 24g radar sensors: Its status can be updated in real time, with high power consumption. It must be powered by a USB data cable and can detect the presence, small movements, and breathing of people in real time. The shortage is that it need to be powered by USB all the time .

** Our product is :Sensor with PIR+24g radar: The product is battery powered.
Firstly, If you set the pir ’keep time‘ 30 seconds. PIR detects human motion and then triggers the 24g radar to run and report the status,the human is present.  
After 30 seconds, if PIR still detects human movement, the 24g radar will continue to be triggered and report its status,the human is still present. .
After another seconds, if the PIR does not detect human movement or keep static, in order to reduce power consumption, the 24g radar will not be triggered. At this moment, the status is: No one.
Some buyer think that ,he stand in front of the sensor and after 30 seconds,but the radar did not detect it .That is not product problem .That is because pir did not detect the humen movement ,so the 24g radar did not be trigger. It first detects humans movement through infrared detection firstly, and then activates radar for detection. If you do not accept the functions ,please not  purchase it .
